Believe it or not, we
actually do quite a bit of research on Indiana’s culture and current events when
contributing stories for this site.
We are
constantly perusing the websites of small-town newspapers and searching the web
for anything out of the ordinary to that could trigger a story idea.
Since we
often come up with a lot of ideas and run across news stories that aren't THG
story material but would still like to share because they are funny or
interesting (at least to us), a few days ago we decided to start a weblog.
A few times
each day we will be posting links to real news stories from media around the
state as well as our random thoughts on a variety of subjects. Go to
www.hoosiergazette.blogspot.com to check out what we have so far.
Entries in
our weblog can be e-mailed by clicking on the envelope icon at the end of each
post.
If you come
across a link that you feel would be good material for our weblog, e-mail it to
us at
blog@hoosiergazette.com and we will take a look at it.
