In 1937, the great state of Indiana adopted its current
motto “The Crossroads of America”. We here at The Hoosier Gazette don’t feel
this motto tells people much about our state, so we have decided that each week
we will post a new state motto submitted by one of our readers that gives
Americans a better understanding of this little parcel of land we call home.
